RULE 1: Projects may not exceed 10 minutes. Time begins when the first image or sound appears and concludes after credits or the last image/sound.
RULE 2: Documentaries must be researched, created, narrated, produced, and edited by the students. You must provide the narration, voice-over, and dramatization. You may use photographs, film, or music from your sources with proper credit.
RULE 3: Documentaries conclude with a list of credits for major audio and visual sources. The simple credits do not replace an annotated bibliography. The bibliography and Summary Statement Form must be printed for the judges and do not appear on the documentary.
